Returns
Product returns may be made for any reason within 30 days of receipt if:
- Returns the product box, retail receipt, change card and everything else that comes with the product, as all of the above are part of the product you purchased.
- Returns are via shipping company and shipping costs are incurred by you. If you would like to return the product in-person, contact us at +30 6973766168.
- By the time the product arrives at us it is your responsibility, so it is important to ensure that the shipment is safe so as to prevent any damage to the shipment and therefore no return.
- To exchange to another product you need to send us the product you want to change with ACS or ELTA at your own expense. Then within the next 14 business days you must place a new order from the site, where in its comments you indicate that it is from a change in the code of your previous order. As soon as we receive the parcel and have the necessary check we will send you the new one, paying you the difference if any.
- In the unlikely event that the product reaches you damaged please inform the courrier company within the next 8 hours to take responsibility.

In order to avoid any inconvenience, it is advisable to carefully check the status of the products sold and their packaging intact at the time of delivery of your order to identify any obvious defects.
